We are looking for a Customer Project Coordinator/ Order Management champion to deliver the highest levels of service to and advocate for our customers.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role.  Ultimately, your mission will be to use increased order visibility, proactive problem-solving and positive multi-channel communications (voice, email, messaging, automated reporting) to provide a seamless experience for Dorigo customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own a portfolio of diverse accounts and collaborate across sales, engineering, supply chain and manufacturing departments to ensure customer satisfaction and organizational success
  • Enter, maintain and manage customer purchase orders within our ERP system
  • Act as focal point and liaison with customers for all scheduling and order delivery details
  • Manage existing customers’ flow of data from through the supply chain, engineering and quality departments
  • Track, communicate and collaboratively resolve deviations from the original commitment to customers
  • Maintaining master records with our ERP systems  
  • Provide continual improvement suggestions

Job Skills:

  • 3+ years order management or customer service experience
  • Energetic self-starter, with an aptitude for customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish a strong rapport with customers and build trust
  • Detail-oriented, organized and a strong multi-tasker
  • Able to work in a rapidly-changing environment under tight deadlines
  • Degree in Operations Management (or a technical field) and experience using ERP systems and supporting communication tools 
  • Experience with a hardware or software manufacturer, or in logistics, is an asset
