When it comes to building solid-state electronics, there is no margin for error.

That's why Dorigo's Quality Management System is registered to the current ISO 9001:2000 standard. Our adherence to these known international standards provides one of the strongest assurances of product and service quality available. ISO 9001 sets out the mandate for establishing, documenting and maintaining an effective Quality Management System. Its purpose is to demonstrate an organization's commitment to quality, their capability to satisfy customer requirements and ultimately achieve total customer satisfaction through the prevention of error. ISO 9001, its principles and disciplines are accepted and recognized world wide as a sound basis for Quality Management Systems. This quality system will become the company's model for continuous improvement.

What's more, unless otherwise specified, we follow IPC ANSI/J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 Rev. D Class 2 workmanship standards on all assemblies.

At Dorigo, Quality Assurance is a comprehensive process that occurs at every stage of the process - from quotations to shipment. That includes adherence to ISO standards, as well as DFM reviews and feedback to customers generated through our project managers and floor personnel. Moreover, all assemblies are visually inspected to ensure compliance to workmanship standards and specific customer requirements, either by our highly trained QC Inspectors, or through our advanced Mirtec AOI machine.

And that's not all.

Through an internal tracking system, our technicians are personally responsible for every component they build. That way, you get the superior craftsmanship you demand, and our highly experienced technicians have the satisfaction of being recognized for their superior workmanship and excellence.
