Burnaby, BC, November 21, 2003 - Dorigo Systems Ltd. is pleased to announce the purchase and installation of a latest generation Agilent 3173 In-Circuit Test (ICT) system. This addition to their facility will dramatically enhance the test services offered by Dorigo.
Caley Garner, a member of the Dorigo Process Engineering team comments, “We thoroughly evaluated three of the industry’s top manufacturers, using criteria such as company stability, after-sales support, ability for platform upgrades, advanced test capabilities and overall functionality. When these criteria were combined with our customers’ needs, Agilent was determined to be the best choice for our facility.”
The Agilent 3173 Series 3 is an industry-leading In-Circuit Test solution with the flexibility to be used for not only ICT, but also functional test and device programming, thus reducing overall costs for test. Using the Agilent 3173 as part of their test strategy, Dorigo can thoroughly test PCB assemblies at industry-leading speeds and accuracy. This will result in better operating efficiencies and enhance Dorigo’s reputation for high quality and reliability. Specifically not pre-configured for any one environment, the Agilent 3173 provides access to the full complement of break-through technologies for manufacturing test, including in-system programming, boundary scan and throughput multiplier – allows the simultaneous testing of multiple boards on a panel.
