Dorigo Systems Ltd. announces multi-year Manufacturing Agreement with Kongsberg Simrad Mesotech Ltd.

  Burnaby, BC, April 17, 2002 - Dorigo Systems Ltd. is pleased to announce the signing of a Manufacturing Agreement with Kongsberg Simrad Mesotech Ltd. (Kongsberg Simrad) to supply various circuit board assemblies for Kongsberg Simrad’s Sonar Systems. The agreement spans a three-year period and includes the purchase of Kongsberg Simrad’s in-house inventory, prototyping and design for manufacturability (DFM) support, turnkey production and test, as well as warranty support services.

We have a high mix of circuit board assemblies, which are relatively low volume but must be built and tested to exacting standards. Most large EMS providers are simply focused on a different strategy.
