This includes expansion of our second floor stockroom and administration area, as well as recent acquisitions of a Mirtec automated optical inspection (AOI) machine, an Aqueous Technologies batch board cleaning system and a Smart Sonic ultrasonic stencil cleaning system.
Dorigo has also acquired additional SMT automation equipment, including a new BTU Pyramax seven zone convection reflow oven (lead free compatible), and a
high-speed Panasonic Chip Shooter and a Panasonic Multifunctional Placement
Machine with on-the-fly 3D scan capability. This scan recognition system
checks all lead pins to ensure they are both parallel and co-planer, as well
as ensures that all balls are present on Ball Grid Arrays, microBGA's and
Chip Scale Packages (CSP's).
