Job Responsibilities:
Dorigo Systems Ltd. one of the Pacific Northwest’s leading contract manufacturers of electronic PCB assemblies, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide general office and administrative support. Major responsibilities will include:
Provide support and assistance to the Accounts Payable department.
Collate, organize and file POs with receiver documentation.
Perform routine data entry such as time cards and inventory transactions.
Prepare customer job folders.
Organize and file various department documentation.
Provide Reception support and relief for the telephone switchboard.
Job Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
Strong work ethic, self directed, determined, customer/team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic.
Should be eager to learn, have great attention to detail and significant memory capacity.
Must have ability to multi-task, judge priorities and handle a variety of duties/assignments at once (sometimes under pressure) with a positive attitude.
Should have excellent computer and database proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel, Word, Outlook etc).
High school graduate with excellent English (oral and written) and strong math skills.

Job Responsibilities:
Dorigo Systems Ltd currently has a requirement for a Permanent, Full Time Operations Coordinator to join our Operations department.
The successful candidate will act as a liason between the customer and all levels of the manufacturing process to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
Generate Sales Orders and create Work Orders using Expandable II software and update information as required.
Communicate between the stock room and the customer to resolve part shortages and discrepancies.
Monitor assembly/build progress and provide customer support from point of order entry through to final delivery.
Assign priorities to Process Engineers based on customer requirements.
Job Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and verbal/written communication skills
Should possess a strong work ethic, be self directed, determined, customer/team-oriented, energetic and enthusiastic.
Must have ability to multi-task, judge priorities and handle a variety of duties/assignments at once (sometimes under pressure) with a positive attitude
Need computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel, Word, etc)
High school graduation and preferably 1-2 yrs post secondary education or comparable experience.
Related experience within an electronics manufacturing environment is an asset.
Exposure to computerized inventory control and production scheduling and experience within an ISO9001:2000 environment preferred.
Working knowledge of Expandable ERP software (www.expandable.com) or similar products is helpful.
