Title: CONFORMAL COATING OPERATOR - 1004 47 WS

Job Responsibilities:
Dorigo Systems Ltd currently has a requirement for one (1) full time Conformal Coating Operator to join our Manufacturing Operations.
The successful applicant will under general guidance to limited supervision, performs conformal coating using various types of conformal coating materials on printed circuit assemblies. In addition, other related tasks such electro-mechanical assembly and wave soldeirng operations may also be part of the responsibliity.
Follow manufacturing process instructions and procedures, and perform assigned tasks in compliance with quality workmanship and company standards.
Perform washing, degreasing, masking, spraying preparation, unmasking and touch-up operations for conformal coating or other related applications.
Mix adhesives, chemical solutions, potting and coating compounds in required precise proportions; clean and maintain containers, applicators and spray room in good working order.
Use tools or operate power driven equipment to drill, rivet, insert parts or components, cut and shape components, crimp, connect wires, wire wrap, perform wiring and prepare wires.
Operate wave soldering and PCA washing equipment.
Observe all required safety procedures and precautions.
Perform other duties as required.

Job Skills:
Six months to one year of relevant experience would be an asset.
Experience with conformal coating or wave soldering processes is a plus but not necessary as long as the applicant is willing to learn as training will be provided.
Education equivalent to a Grade 10 level of credits at a Secondary School.
Willing to learn and adapt to new methods and procedures.
Willing to proactively participate in the improvement process.
Respect the individual rights of all team members, and support the team.
Report on key quality and output data relevent to the team, accept personal accountability to the team.

Title: SMT MACHINE OPERATOR - 1003 11 WS

Job Responsibilities:
Dorigo Systems Ltd. currently has a requirement for one (1) permanent full-time SMT Operator to join our manufacturing operation.
The successful applicant will under constant to occasional guidance, perform SMT operations from simple to difficult on printed circuit board assemblies and other related SMT processes, following detailed assembly procedures.
The applicant should possess very strong knowledge of SMT assembly processes and procedures.
Operate various Panasonic pick and place machines including MSF, MVIIF, MPAV2B and BM series.
Set-up and operate EKRA E5 solder paste printer machine.
Operate BTU reflow oven machine.
Operate Aqueous PCA washer machine.
Perform SMT component set-up and unloading.
Perform daily, routine maintenance on the surface mount equipment.
Coordinate work schedule within the SMT line.
Communicate with SMT line Supervisor and/or Process Engineers to resolve SMT assembly issues.
Communicate with SMT line Supervisor to resolve any machine issues.
Maintain a clean and well organized work area.
Perform other duties as required.

Job Skills:
Minimum two years experience on surface mount assembly machines required.
Must have strong Printed Circuit Board assembly skills (SMT).
Must have strong knowledge of electronic component identification.
Ability to read and comprehend assembly documentation and drawings.
Knowledge of PanaPro software is an asset.
Experience with the operation of Panasonic pick and place machines is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Good computer skills required.
Need excellent attention to detail, and good eye / hand coordination.
Knowledge of colour codes, electronic component identification and IPC-A-610C Acceptabilty of Electronic Assembly standards or later are definite assets.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Mechanically inclined.
Must have ability to push, pull, lift and carry assembly parts from floor to shoulder height ~ 30lbs.
Willing to learn and adapt to new methods and procedures.
Willing to proactively participate in the decision making process.

Title: ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER - 1001 04 WS

Job Responsibilities:
Dorigo Systems Ltd. currently has a requirement for two (2) full-time Electro-mechanical assemblers to join our manufacturing operations.
Under general guidance with limited supervision, the successful candidates will perform electro-mechanical assembly and other related assembly tasks as assigned.
Follow moderately detailed assembly procedures and instructions while performing assigned tasks in compliance with quality workmanship and company standards.
Use tools or operate power driven equipment to drill, rivet, insert parts or components, cut and shape components, crimp, connect wires, wire wrap, perform wiring and prepare wires. Wires may include shielded wires, and solder sleeve assemblies, and tasks may include strip, tin, twist and wire identification by tagging.
Operate Go / No go test equipment.
Work with colour coded materials.
Perform washing, degreasing, masking, spraying preparation, unmasking and touch-up operations for conformal coating or other applications.
Install or assemble plates, gaskets, grommets, heatsinks, components, sub-assemblies, etc. using fasteners and/or adhesives.
Perform basic soldering operations, part making, lacing, and make cable assemblies or wire harnesses.
Operate vacuum chambers, ovens, scales, caulking guns, etc.
Mix adhesives, chemical solutions, potting and coating compounds in required precise proportions; clean and maintain containers, applicators and spray equipment in good working order.
Operate wave solder and lead-trimming equipment.
Report problems and rejections of first-off product to higher level operators or supervisors for correction.
Observe all safety procedures and precautions.
Perform other related duties as required.

Job Skills:
The successful candidate should have from six months to one year of relevant experience.
Education equivalent to Grade 10 level of credits at a Secondary School.
